Established in 1993, Ferro Fabs Industries is a legacy-driven manufacturing company dedicated to engineering comfort, health, and performance through precision-driven design and material innovation.

Version 1.0 of our journey began under the vision of Mr. Daman Pal Singh, Founder of Ferro Fabs Industries. With a strong focus on cycling ergonomics and rider comfort, he successfully built the company into a well-recognized and trusted bicycle saddle manufacturer in the Indian market.

Understanding that rider performance is directly influenced by saddle comfort, we developed a comprehensive range of high-quality bicycle saddles engineered for durability, stability, and anatomical support. Our saddle portfolio includes products manufactured using PU and PVC tops, featuring pressure-relief cutouts and gel-based cushioning, designed for men, women, and children.

As the company evolved, Mr. Sapandeep Singh, son of the founder, joined Ferro Fabs Industries, bringing fresh perspective, modern manufacturing insight, and a forward-looking vision.

Version 2.0 marks our expansion into advanced memory foam manufacturing, leveraging decades of expertise in ergonomic engineering. Our memory foam division produces orthopedic pillows, neck rests, backrests, lumbar supports, and coccyx cushions, engineered for effective pressure redistribution, spinal alignment, and long-term comfort across residential, medical, and professional applications.

Ferro Fabs Industries offers end-to-end OEM and private-label manufacturing solutions, supported by scalable production capacity and flexible customization. We work closely with OEM partners to meet specific design, material, density, and branding requirements while ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery.
